Easter 2014

Easter Sunday ..... overcast and cool made for perfect weather to spend time outside after worship and before lunch.

 posing in the iris

Anna dominated the 3-year old egg hunt

as did Emily in the 5-year old hunt

then the anxious starting line for the combined egg hunt....

and they're off!

Papa and his girls....

and finally....the BOYS had to hunt for eggs! don't they look excited?

It was a great relaxing day of family, food and fun. And of course, the reminder that HE IS RISEN!

Ten on Ten - December 2012

Since my last post, there have been lots of changes in my life.  Officially changed jobs, took a fun trip to London with my Daddy, and am on the road to home ownership again.  More to come on all of that....but for now, enjoy some pics....

love these paper decorations....many years of memories

very cold this morning - been awhile since I had to defrost my car!

my new office....very spacious and in need of some personality!

contract amendment accepted by the seller today....now the countdown to closing really begins!

new job still entails reports and highlighters!

one of my favorite nativity sets in my mom's collection - purchased in the Black Forest in Germany

more vintage Santa decor - been flying down our hallway as long as I can remember

one more vintage Santa - he was around back when my mom was growing up!

I'm more of a snowman girl.....this is one I made probably 30 years ago

and the end to another fun calendar by one of my favorites - Mary Engelbreit!
